  • Your application is not finished until you complete all required information and certify your responses by selecting "SUBMIT" on the last page of this process. For positions that also require completion of a Questionnaire, you must answer all questions in order for your application to be considered completed.
  • When the posting to which you have applied has been filled or is no longer displayed on this site, your application for that position is no longer valid.
  • Failure to complete the entire application process will be considered a withdraw of interest.

Bonding Agreement:
To be employed with Zions Bancorporation, you must be bondable, which typically means that you have not been denied a bond, and that you have never been convicted of a crime involving fraud, dishonesty, embezzlement, or breach of trust, including, but not limited to, tax evasion, perjury, forgery, theft, shoplifting, or robbery. Convictions for minor infractions (such as traffic violations) do not prevent you from being bonded. Should you be convicted of a crime after you commence employment, you may be found to be not bondable at that time.
 
As part of the bonding process, I understand that Zions Bancorporation or a third-party service may investigate my driving record, my credit worthiness, and my criminal record. Additionally, an investigative consumer report may be prepared whereby information is obtained through personal interviews with my neighbors, friends, and others with whom I am acquainted. This inquiry includes information as to my character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living. I understand that I have the right to make a written request within a reasonable period of time to receive additional detailed information about the nature and scope of this investigation.
 
For good and valuable considerations; I agree to indemnify and save harmless the UNDERWRITER from and against all its loss, damage, fees, costs and expense by reason of its having executed fidelity suretyship in favor of my employer on my behalf, or any extensions, renewals or changes thereof; and it shall have the right to adjust, settle or compromise any claim made against it on my account, and its evidence of payment, made in good faith, shall be conclusive evidence of my liability hereunder.
 
I further agree that the UNDERWRITER may at will decline to issue fidelity suretyship on my behalf or may reduce, cancel, terminate, or discontinue fidelity suretyship already existing on my behalf.
 
I further agree that anyone including, but without limitation, my references and employers may disclose to the UNDERWRITER information they possess with regard to my character, habits, ability, financial responsibility, or the reason for terminating any employment, and that neither they nor the UNDERWRITER shall be responsible for any loss or damage that I may suffer in consequence thereof. All the terms and conditions of this agreement shall stand for the protection of any co-surety or reinsurer.
 
Interview Impersonations:
The Company takes all instances of dishonestly very seriously and has protocols in place to identify interview impersonators during the interview/hiring process. As a candidate for employment any misrepresentation of your skills and abilities during the interview process, including using others to interview on your behalf is considered to be fraudulent and is strictly prohibited. Any instances of this occurring with any candidates who are hired, will be dealt with appropriately which can include disciplinary action up to and including termination and/or legal action.
